Coningsby & Woodhall Walking Footballers
Coningsby & Woodhall Walking Footballers are a club playing recreational Walking Football. We hold three sessions each week, two at the Allan Barker 4G Pitch in Coningsby. One is on Tuesdays from 18.00 to 19.00pm the other is on Wednesdays from 10.00 to 11.00am. We then have an indoor session at St Hughs’ Sports Hall, Woodhall Spa every Friday from 18.30 to 19.30pm. We play a non-contact friendly walking form of five or six a side football and we are affiliated to the Walking Football Association. We start the session with a warm up, and then we play short games, following Walking Football rules. Everyone can benefit from Walking Football, no matter what your ability or experience. It can benefit both your physical and mental health, help you meet new people and improve your confidence. We welcome both men over 50 or women over 40, so why not come along and see what we are about. Your first visit is free.
